Gli allarmi si susseguono, soprattutto da parte di chi l’intelligenza artificiale l’ha creata e la fa. Potenzialmente ci possono essere pericoli mortali legati all’evoluzione dell’AI. I fondatori di Anthropic, Open Ai, Google e via dicendo si riuniscono in contemporanea mentre Trump e Xi Jinping. Re Carlo a sua volta riunisce i capi dell’AI. Dobbiamo preoccuparci davvero? Come ogni tecnologia trasformativa, pensate alla rivoluzione dell’elettricità che ci ha permesso definitivamente di uscire dal buio. Ma che ha portato anche rischi. Eppure tutto questo accalcarsi a predire l’apocalisse è perlomeno sospetto.Forse saremo un po’ ingenui, ma un signore di nome Isaac Asimov dettò tre semplici leggi per i robot. La prima impone il divieto di recare o permettere che un essere umano subisca danni; la seconda istituisce l’obbligo di obbedire agli ordini degli esseri umani, subordinati alla prima legge; la terza impone il dovere di proteggere la propria esistenza purché non siano violate la prima e la seconda legge. Era pensate il 1942 quando furono, pensate, in un racconto di fantascienza intitolata «Circolo vizioso.» Chissà che possano essere applicate anche all’intelligenza artificiale?E poi c’è un continente che qualche regola l’ha data, è l’Europa. È vero che l’Ai Act è stato pensato prima dell’arrivo di Chat Gpt ma questo dimostra che di queste cose se ne ragiona e se è ragionato in passato. E magari qualche idea potrebbe anche venire. Se non addirittura adottata.Anche perché se si chiedono regole e poi ognuno vuole fare per sé. C’è da sperare insomma che le preoccupazioni siano reali e non sia l’affermazione indiretta del fatto che l’intelligenza artificiale sia solo americana. Receive SMS online on sms24.me
