Adalet Bakanı Akın Gürlek, 2009 yılında Büyük Birlik Partisi (BBP) Genel Başkanı Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu'nun yaşamını yitirdiği helikopter kazasına ilişkin yürütülen soruşturmada önemli açıklamalarda bulundu. TRT Haber canlı yayınında gündeme dair değerlendirmeler yapan Gürlek, soruşturmanın kapsamlı şekilde sürdüğünü belirterek, dosyada FETÖ bağlantısına işaret eden güçlü deliller bulunduğunu ifade etti.
Adalet Bakanı Akın Gürlek, Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu'nun hayatını kaybettiği helikopter kazasına ilişkin soruşturmanın Ankara Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı tarafından titizlikle yürütüldüğünü söyledi. Dosyanın geçmişte farklı bir savcılık tarafından takip edildiğini hatırlatan Gürlek, daha sonra soruşturmanın Ankara Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı'na devredildiğini ve bu süreçte uzman ekiplerin görevlendirildiğini dile getirdi.
Soruşturmanın yalnızca mevcut delillerle sınırlı kalmadığını belirten Gürlek, olayın tüm yönleriyle aydınlatılması amacıyla yeni bilgi ve bulguların da değerlendirilmeye devam edildiğini ifade etti.
