🍲 Гаспачо с креветками 🍤
ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ:• Креветки (любые) сырые и очищенные – 100 гр.
• Лимон (сок) – ½ шт.
• Апельсин (сок) – ½ шт.
• Мята свежая – 1 ветка
• Кинза – 1 ветка
• Томаты розовые – 3 шт.
• Огурец среднеплодный - 1 шт.
• Перец болгарский красный – 1 шт.
• Лук крымский – ½ шт.
• Петрушка / микро-зелень – по вкусу
• Соус «Ворчестер» – 20 мл.
• Винный уксус – 30 мл.
• Масло оливковое – 200 мл.
• Соль, смесь перцев, сахар – по вкусу
ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ:
1. Креветки шинковать вместе с мятой и кинзой. Посолить, поперчить и добавить сок лимона и апельсина. Промариновать в холодильнике 10 минут.
2. Лук нарезать мелко. Огурец очистить от кожи и нарезать крупными слайсами. Томаты очистить от кожуры и нарезать крупным кубиком вместе с перцем.
3. Приправить овощи солью, смесью перцев, соусом «Ворчестер», уксусом и оливковым маслом. Перемешать, накрыть и охладить в холодильнике на 2-3 часа.
4. Охлажденные овощи измельчить блендером до однородной консистенции.
5. Перелить «Гаспачо» в тарелки для супа, положить в центр маринованные креветки, украсить маслом и зеленью. Подавайте с чесночными гренками. Receive SMS online on sms24.me
