Dr. Neha recalls a childhood quotation that stayed with her for years:

“राम ना मारे काऊ को… अपने से मर जाते हैं, कर-कर खोटे काम।”
The idea is simple — our actions have consequences.
She also shares another line that became part of her personal philosophy:
“बुरी नजर वाले, तेरा भी भला हो।”
Rather than responding to negativity with more negativity, can we choose compassion?
The third incident explores something even more uncomfortable: we sometimes look down upon people who beg, yet when we stand before God, many of us are also asking for something — employment, health, prosperity, protection or relief from suffering.
