So kämpft die CDU gegen den AfD-Trend im BundeslandDie CDU Sachsen-Anhalt stellt auf ihrem Landesparteitag in Dessau-Roßlau ihr Wahlprogramm für die Landtagswahl im September auf. Die Delegierten beraten über innere Sicherheit, Migration, Bildung, Wirtschaft und eine Verwaltungsreform. Prominente Bundespolitiker treten nicht auf. Auch Bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz bekam keine Einladung. In Umfragen liegt die CDU bei 24 Prozent. Die AfD kommt auf 42 Prozent. Im Zentrum steht zudem eine neue Debatte um Guido Heuer. Der CDU-Fraktionsvorsitzende im Landtag von Sachsen-Anhalt ließ sich mit AfD-Spitzenkandidat Ulrich Siegmund fotografieren. Beide lächelten. Heuer sagte laut Transkript, er halte von der Brandmauer nichts. Reporter Lutz Stortel spricht von einem Vorgang, der den Parteitag überlagern könne. CDU-Landeschef und Spitzenkandidat Sven Schulze müsse sich dazu äußern. Schulze habe bisher Abstand zur AfD betont. Eine Kooperation solle es nicht geben.
