Pegi Dinyatakan Bebas dari Kasus Pembunuhan Vina Cirebon, Polri Tegas Putusan Hakim Wajib Dipatuhi

Karopenmas Divisi Humas Polri, Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko mengatakan sejumlah langkah yang dilakukan Polda Jabar usai Pegi dinyatakan bebas oleh hakim.
Ia mengatakan bahwa Polda Jabar bakal menindaklanjuti putusan hakim Eman Sulaeman yang menyatakan penangkapan dan penetapan tersangka Pegi tidak sah.
Trunoyudo hanya menyampaikan keterangan yang diterima oleh Polda Jabar terkait hasil sidang Praperadilan Pegi hari ini.
Sebagai informasi permohonan gugatan praperadilan tersangka kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky di Cirebon tahun 2016, Pegi Setiawan dikabulkan Pengadilan Negeri Bandung.
Hakim Tunggal, Eman Sulaeman dalam putusannya menilai tidak ditemukan bukti satu pun bahwa Pegi alias Perong pernah dilakukan pemeriksaan sebagai calon tersangka oleh Polda Jawa Barat.
Adapun Pegi melayangkan gugatan praperadilan atas penetapan sebagai tersangka oleh Polda Jabar dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky asal Cirebon pada 2016.
Gugatan praperadilan Pegi yang diajukan pada 11 Juni 2024 itu terdaftar dengan nomor 10/Pid.Pra/2024/PN Bandung.
