Tindakan yang dilakukan Kosasih dan juga Ekiawan telah merugikan 4,8 juta pensiunan aparatur sipil negara atau ASN.
“Perbuatan terdakwa telah merugikan dana program tabungan hari tua (THT) yang merupakan iuran dari 4,8 juta ASN,” ujar Hakim Ketua Purwanto S Abdullah saat membacakan amar vonis dalam sidang di Pengadilan Tipikor pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, Senin (6/10/2025).
Diketahui, Kosasih divonis 10 tahun penjara, sedangkan Ekiawan divonis 9 tahun penjara dengan denda Rp 500 juta.
Hakim menegaskan, uang tabungan hari tua ini dipotong langsung dari gaji para ASN per bulannya sebesar 3,35 persen.
Perbuatan Kosasih dan Eki ini dinilai telah menurunkan kepercayaan publik terhadap pengelolaan dana pensiun ASN dan tata kelola BUMN secara keseluruhan.
Hakim menilai, perbuatan kedua terdakwa dinilai merugikan keuangan negara hingga Rp 1 triliun.
