好吃又不貴的餐廳，可以去哪裡找？｜心理學家與經濟學家的探店指南【一天聽一點261001】
每次跟家人、朋友聚餐，最難的往往是決定吃哪一家。大家都說「我都可以」，最後只有負責找餐廳的人，不太可以。明明看過評分、比過價格，為什麼還是可能花了不少錢，卻吃得不怎麼滿意？挑餐廳時，我們常把漂亮的裝潢、熱鬧的人潮，當成食物好吃的證明。甚至還沒吃第一口，價錢就已經影響了期待。但你多付的錢，究竟進了盤子，還是付給了那個漂亮的地址？
這一集《一天聽一點》，我會結合心理學與經濟學，從泰勒・考恩《中午吃什麼》的觀察出發，聊聊怎麼找到好吃又實惠的餐廳，也看見我們如何被眼前的線索影響判斷。
我也會從住過桃園龍潭的經驗，聊聊當地的滇緬料理，再看看台北南機場夜市的小吃。為什麼懂得吃的熟客，比一次上門的觀光客，更值得我們留意？老闆在乎你下星期還來不來，又會怎麼影響今天端出的這碗麵？
我們也會談到，為什麼裝潢普通、老闆臭臉，卻有很多當地人反覆排隊的店，值得多看一眼；而老字號的招牌、網紅店的歡樂氣氛，為什麼還不足以告訴你今天的菜好不好吃。
同樣是排隊，為了拍照而來，和為了幾道菜一再回來，對餐廳來說，是兩種不同的生意。
最後，還有考恩那個有點欠揍的觀察：「美女多的餐廳，可能不好吃。」問題真的出在美女嗎？還是有人醉翁之意不在酒，根本沒把注意力放在菜單上？
當你開始問「這家店靠什麼讓人願意付錢」，挑餐廳就多了一種看法。下次聚餐，一起把錢花在真正想要的享受上。
