Xi Jinping insta a China y a la RPDC a salvaguardar la soberanía e intereses de desarrollo

Xi Jinping, secretario general del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de China y presidente de China, sostuvo conversaciones con Kim Jong Un, secretario general del Partido de los Trabajadores de Corea y presidente de los Asuntos de Estado de la República Popular Democrática de Corea (RPDC), en Pyongyang el 8 de junio.

Durante el encuentro, Xi Jinping dijo que los dos países deberían salvaguardar firmemente su respectiva soberanía, seguridad e intereses de desarrollo, y mantener conjuntamente la paz y el desarrollo regionales. Exhortó además a ambas naciones a fortalecer la coordinación y cooperación estratégicas.

Xi también afirmó que está dispuesto a trabajar con el secretario general Kim Jong Un para mantener las relaciones bilaterales avanzando con los tiempos y lograr un mayor progreso en los lazos bilaterales. Añadió que está dispuesto a tomar la visita como una oportunidad para fortalecer la planificación de alto nivel y la orientación estratégica para las relaciones China-RPDC en la nueva era, agregando que la postura firme del Partido y del gobierno chinos de valorar altamente la amistad tradicional entre ambos países no cambiará.

También dijo que los dos países deben adherirse al objetivo de brindar beneficios a los pueblos y elevar el nivel de cooperación práctica. Xi se encuentra en la RPDC para una visita de Estado de dos días. #China #XiJinping #RPDC #xw
