Hal itu disampaikan kuasa hukum Muchlis, Iwan Aroeboesman, dalam persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, hari ini, Rabu (30/7/2025).
Iwan meminta agar majelis hakim membebaskan kliennya dari segala tuntutan karena merupakan tulang punggung keluarga yang membiayai empat orang anak kandung dan seorang anak yatim piatu hasil adopsi.
Selain itu Iwan menyebut kasus ini menyebabkan istri Muchlis melakukan perselingkuhan dan pergi meninggalkan anak-anaknya yang kini diasuh oleh ibu Muchlis yang disebut tengah sakit.
