Laporan itu dibenarkan oleh Wakil Ketua LPSK, Susilaningtias pada Kamis (11/9).
Menurut Susi, laporan itu sudah dilayangkan oleh keluarga almarhum sejak akhir Agustus.
Hingga kini pihak LPSK masih melakukan verifikasi berkas atau telaah admnistrasi.
Ada pun laporan perlindungan ini diajukan oleh enam keluarga almarhum Arya Daru usai menemukan kejanggalan dalam kasus tewasnya Arya Daru.
Menurut keterangan pihak keluarga, mereka menerima teror berupa simbol-simbol misterius.
Selain itu bunga-bunga di makam almarhum dilaporkan diganti oleh orang tak dikenal.
Meski demikian, Susi enggan membocorkan identitas keenam pelapor dalam kasus ini.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa laporan ini merupakan wewenang dari kuasa hukum pihak keluarga.
Ada pun sebelumnya, kuasa hukum keluarga Arya Daru, Nicholay Aprilindo, menyebut bahwa pihak keluarga dari almarhum Arya Daru menerima amplop coklat berisi simbol-simbol misterius.
Amplop itu diterima oleh asisten rumah tangga Arya Daru dari seorang pria tak dikenal pada saat acara pengajian pada 9 Juli 2025 lalu.
