Niña con cáncer, tirada frente a una tienda en dólares: la imagen que estremece a Cuba
Alex Otaola mostró el video que indigna a los cubanos: una niña en tratamiento de quimioterapia fue impedida de entrar a la tienda en dólares de 3ra y 70, pese a estar deshidratada y en evidente mal estado de salud. El custodio del local simplemente cerró la puerta, dejando a la menor tirada en el suelo bajo el sol.“¿Dónde está la UNICEF? ¿Dónde está la compasión?”, exigió Otaola, quien denunció que en Cuba la vida de un niño vale menos que un billete verde. El presentador recordó además otros casos recientes de menores mendigando comida o recogiendo basura en las calles.
“Esto no es pobreza, es deshumanización. Es la muestra más brutal del fracaso del socialismo cubano”, dijo Otaola, pidiendo a la comunidad internacional que deje de mirar hacia otro lado.
