Taifun „Kajiki“ trifft auf Vietnam – Warnung vor Erdrutschen

Im Zentrum und Norden Vietnams hat der Taifun „Kajiki“ mindestens 3 Menschen das Leben gekostet und 10 weitere verletzt. Die Behörden warnen vor Erdrutschen – und auch Thailand rüstet sich vor einem Unwetter.

Der Tropensturm war am Montag mit Windgeschwindigkeiten von mehr als 130 Kilometern pro Stunde auf Land getroffen. Er beschädigte nach Angaben des vietnamesischen Krisenmanagements mehr als 6.000 Häuser. Landesweit waren mehr als 1,3 Millionen Haushalte ohne Strom.
