Legenda Sepak Bola, Bejo Sugiantoro Meninggal Dunia
KOMPAS.TV - Kabar duka datang dari sepak bola tanah air. Legenda sepak bola nasional Bejo Sugiantoro meninggal dunia pada Selasa (25/2/2025) sore.Pada Selasa (25/2/2025) malam, ambulans yang mengangkut jenazah almarhum Bejo Sugiantoro tiba di rumah duka di kawasan Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Nampak sang anak yang juga pemain sepak bola dan kini tengah cedera, turut mendampingi jenazah sang ayah saat tiba di rumah duka.
Menurut sejumlah kerabat, mantan pemain Persebaya Surabaya yang terakhir melatih Deltras Sidoarjo tengah bermain sepak bola di sebuah lapangan di kawasan Surabaya. Saat babak kedua, almarhum terjatuh dan langsung dilarikan ke rumah sakit terdekat.
Usai menjalani serangkaian perawatan intensif, pada pukul 17.20 WIB, tim dokter menyatakan Bejo meninggal dunia.
Usai disemayamkan di rumah duka, almarhum Bejo akan segera dimandikan dan menurut rencana akan segera dimakamkan.
