Hal itu disebutkannya, karena Pertamina gagal membangun kilang minyak baru dan memperbaiki fasilitas produksi yang ada.
Lantas, Purbaya mengungkit beberapa waktu lalu, Pertamina justru menjelek-jelekkannya.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan Purbaya dalam rapat kerja dengan Komisi XI DPR RI, Selasa (30/9).
Purbaya menceritakan, ia pernah menawarkan solusi kepada Pertamina, yakni investor dari China yang bersedia membangun kilang.
Disebutkannya, Pertamina hanya perlu membeli produknya selama 30 tahun dan setelah itu akan mendapatkan kilang tersebut secara gratis.
Namun, Pertamina menolak tawaran tersebut dengan alasan sudah kelebihan kapasitas.
