İsrail’in İran’a saldırdığı gece, Pentagon çevresindeki pizzacılarda siparişler neden bir anda fırladı? Bu durum aslında “Pentagon Pizza Teorisi”yle açıklanıyor. Kulağa ilginç geliyor ama oldukça tutarlı bir tarafı var. Mantık şu: Amerika Savunma Bakanlığı yani Pentagon’da işler ciddileştiğinde kimse masasından kalkmaz. Gece geç saatlerde kriz toplantıları varsa, yemek sipariş edilir. Amerika'da en hızlı ve kalabalığa hitap eden yemek ise tabii ki pizza. 13 Haziran gecesi de aynen böyle oldu. İsrail İran’a saldırı başlatmadan birkaç saat önce, Pentagon çevresindeki pizzacılarda olağanüstü bir yoğunluk kaydedildi. Üstelik bu yeni bir durum değil. 1989’daki Panama operasyonu, 1990’daki Kuveyt krizi ve 2003 Irak işgali öncesinde de Pentagon’a pizza siparişleri ikiye katlanmıştı. Hatta Sovyet istihbaratının Soğuk Savaş döneminde bu trafiği takip ettiği bile iddia ediliyor. Yani kriz zamanlarında Pentagon etrafındaki pizzacılar adeta birer erken uyarı sistemi gibi çalışıyor. Hatta düşünsenize, kod bilgisi olan biri bir program yazsa ve Pentagon çevresindeki pizzacıların sipariş trafiğini gerçek zamanlı takip etse...
