Overall the build is very good, with 1k voices doing very high damage. Although I was wondering why the final boss was a little lacking, and looking back it turns out that it was ammo was bugged. My ammo seemed to vanish and I was missing 2 of the shots I should've otherwise had. Probably some weird interaction with Particle Reconstruction I wasn't aware of, so I guess it might be better to use Solo Operative instead. Either way it gets the job done, but would've been better with the full ammo.

As for both the VoG armour and 1k Voices, these are all obtainable completely solo these days. It takes a little bit of effort, but they are entirely realistic to get for most people. The VoG armour isn't needed, but regardless I've posted videos and guides for both of them:
