PALERMO (ITALPRESS) - “Il link tra Milano e Palermo è basato sulla rigenerazione urbana e sul tema dell’edilizia. Noi dobbiamo in questo momento interrogarci soprattutto su tutto quello che è stato fatto dopo la seconda guerra mondiale sui quartieri popolari, di trovare delle soluzioni per andare a rigenerare interi quartieri e soprattutto dare una risposta abitativa. Questo vale in particolare per le grandi aree urbane e sicuramente per riqualificare zone che al momento hanno difficoltà, anche legate al degrado ma soprattutto intrinsecamente legate al fatto che spesso questi edifici sono stati fatti con materiali poveri e oggi dopo tanti anni hanno bisogno di alta manutenzione e non sono più adatti anche all’esigenze del 2025”. Così Edoardo Rixi, Vice Ministro delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, a margine del "Forum Milano-Palermo Genio Mediterraneo", al Teatro Massimo di Palermo."Credo che più si parla, più si fa una comunità unita da nord a sud del paese, meglio è - aggiunge -. Bisogna costruire anche il fatto che il nostro paese a livello mondiale debba giocare in Serie A e per farlo bisogna che le differenze che sono splendide del nostro territorio però si sintetizzino in un'offerta nazionale che deve dare la stessa dignità agli abitanti di tutta Italia e soprattutto parlare una lingua comune e avere degli obiettivi comuni. Credo che la rigenerazione urbana possa esserlo, perché è un elemento che vuol dire anche la riqualificazione di città. Noi abbiamo le città più belle del mondo, ma molto spesso abbiamo una difficoltà enorme, anche per le leggi che ci siamo dati, a riuscire in qualche modo ad adeguare gli edifici a quelle che sono le nuove esigenze abitative”. xd6/vbo/gtr Receive SMS online on sms24.me
