Билл Лемежер был главным инженером на строительстве уникального небоскрёба Citigroup Center в центре Манхэттена. После успешного завершения проекта он понял, что из-за ошибки в расчётах, за которые он отвечал, здание может рухнуть и унести жизни тысяч человек.
