Tom Lembong Menanti Laporan Audit Kerugian Keuangan Negara dari BPKP Terkait Korupsi Impor Gula

Menurut Tom Lembong laporan audit dari BPKP tersebut seharusnya disampaikan Kejaksaan saat dirinya ditahan.
Setelah ia sudah ditahan 7 bulan, sidang sudah berjalan 3 bulan, jaksa baru bisa memberikan laporan dari BPKP tersebut.
"Akhirnya setelah penyidikan berlangsung setahun, setelah saya sudah ditahan 7 bulan, sidang sudah berlanjut 3 bulan, akhirnya 2 hari lagi kami akan terima laporan oleh BPKP atas hitungan kerugian negara yang dituduhkan kepada saya dan para industri swasta gula," kata Tom Lembong kepada awak media di PN Tipikor Jakarta Pusat, pada Selasa (10/6/2025) malam.
Diketahui laporan BPKP tersebut akan disampaikan jaksa pada sidang 12 Juni mendatang di PN Tipikor Jakarta.
