PT Pertamina membantah mengoplos Pertalite jadi Pertamax imbas Direktur Utama Pertamina Patra Niaga dan enam pejabat lainnya menjadi tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi.“Produk yang masuk ke terminal BBM Pertamina merupakan produk jadi yang sesuai dengan RON masing-masing, Pertalite memiliki RON 90 dan Pertamax memiliki RON 92. Spesifikasi yang disalurkan ke masyarakat dari awal penerimaan produk di terminal Pertamina telah sesuai dengan ketentuan pemerintah,” ujar Corporate Secretary Pertamina Patra Niaga Heppy Wulansari, Selasa (25/2/2025).
"Jadi bukan pengoplosan atau mengubah RON. Masyarakat tidak perlu khawatir dengan kualitas Pertamax," kata Heppy.
Pada Senin (9/2/2025), Kejaksaan Agung menetapkan Direktur PT Pertamina Patra Niaga dan enam pejabat lainnya sebagai tersangka dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang PT Pertamina, subholding, dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) periode 2018-2023.
Dalam kasus ini, menurut keterangan Jampidsus, salah satu tersangka Riva Siahaan membeli RON 90 dan kemudian mencampur di storage atau depo agar menjadi RON 92 (Pertamax).
