El horizonte de la regeneración social demanda reconfigurar integralmente las tramas funcionales que han erosionado la cohesión. Solo así podremos propiciar un ciclo adaptativo que supere la vulnerabilidad, reinyectando vitalidad a un cuerpo social que, a pesar de sus grietas, permanece como la fuente primaria de toda evolución tangible, aunque dispersa.
