في هذه الحلقة من برنامج "جو شو"، بدأ يوسف حسين عام 2026 بأسلوبه الساخر المعتاد، مستعرضًا أبرز القضايا والتناقضات الإعلامية في العالم العربي حيث سلط الضوء في الفقرة الأولى على المفارقة بين التوقعات الإيجابية التي روّج لها الإعلام المصري، والواقع الفعلي الذي أظهر مؤشرات غير مبشّرة في مجالات عدّة، مما عكس صورة قاتمة لبداية العام. وتناول في الفقرة الثانية مجموعة من الأخبار المتنوعة والساخرة، شملت أزمة فرح "كروان مشاكل"، وتصريحات وزير المالية السابق محمد معيط حول تفاقم الديون، ومواقف وزير الخارجية بدر عبدالعاطي الذي زعم أن بعض السجناء لا يرغبون بالخروج من السجن، وقصة مدّعي النبوة في غانا، إضافة إلى قرار محافظ البحيرة بمنع النساء من الجلوس بجانب السائق. وخصص الفقرة الثالثة للحديث عما جرى في إقليم صومالي لاند، واعتراف إسرائيل به كدولة. وتناول في الفقرة الرابعة والأخيرة تطورات الخلاف بين السعودية والإمارات حول النفوذ في اليمن، بعد أن تلقت الإمارات ضربة سياسية من الرياض دفعتها لإعلان انسحابها الكامل من الأراضي اليمنية.
