BAHAN (BM)

Ayam Goreng Kunyit
- ½ ekor ayam
- ½ - 1 sk garam
- ½ sk serbuk kunyit
- ½ sb seasoning
- ½ sk lada putih
- 2 ulas bawang putih
- 1 sb jus limau nipis
- 1 sb sos ikan
- 1 sb tepung beras
- 1 sb tepung jagung
- ½ sb tepung gandum
- 1 bawang besar
- 1 tangkai daun kari

Sambal Kicap
- 4 ulas bawang putih
- 8-10 biji cili padi
- ¼ cawan kicap manis
- ½ sk gula perang (kalau suka)


INGREDIENTS (EN)

Turmeric Fried Chicken
- ½ chicken
- ½ - 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp seasoning powder
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tbsp wheat flour
- 1 red onions
- 1 sprig curry leaves

Soy Sauce Chilli Dip
- 4 garlic
- 8-10 bird's eye chilies
- ¼ cup sweet soy sauce
- ½ tsp brown sugar (if desired)
