[FULL] Jokowi Targetkan IKN Jadi Kota Nusa Rimba saat Pidato di Pembukaan Rakernas Apeksi Ke-XVII
JAKARTA, KOMPASTV Presiden Joko Widodo sampaikan pidato dalam peresmian pembukaan rakernas Asosiasi Pemerintah Kota Seluruh Indonesia atau Apeksi Ke-XVII Tahun 2024, Balikpapan, Selasa (4/6/2024).Dalam sambutannya Jokowi beberkan tantangan ke depan penduduk akan bergeser ke perkotaan.
"Sudah sering saya sampaikan bahwa di tahun 2045, ada 70 persen penduduk kita akan ada di perkotaan. Penduduk dunia 80 persen ada di kota. Apa yang terjadi? Beban kota akan jadi berat," kata Presiden di awal pidatonya.
Lebih lanjut Presiden sampaikan kota yang dicintai bukan berdasarkan pada banyaknya pembangunan beton melainkan yang ramah anak hingga ramah disabilitas.
"Kota yang baik ramah pejalan kaki, ramah penyandang disabilitas, kota yang ramah pesepeda, ramah anak dan perempuan. Konsepnya itu ramah lingkungan. Kota ini harus green, smart dan friendly. Jangan sampai bangun kota dengan banyak beton. Trotoar semua paving blok," katanya.
Presiden pun menggambarkan IKN ke depan akan jadi kota terhijau dengan sebutan kota Nusa Rimba.
"IKN akan jadi ibu kota terhijau. Kota Nusa Rimba. Kalau kita konsisten konsep awal kota nusantara di awal pembangunan," katanya.
