Tidak hanya itu, ada sejumlah fakta-fakta lain yang mengarah pada kurangnya bukti kuat Pegi Setiawan sebagai pelaku dalam kasus Vina Cirebon.
Pegi Setiawan dinyatakan telah bebas, artinya masih ada pelaku sebenarnya yang belum tertangkap.
