JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Tingginya angka siswa yang alami keracunan Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG), terus jadi sorotan masyarakat Indonesia. Sejak januari total korban keracunan mencapai lebih dari enam ribu orang.Banyak hal yang dianggap penyebab seperti kondisi kebersihan dapur dan proses pengolahan sebelum dikirim ke siswa-siswa di sekolah yang tidak ketat. Imbasnya ada sejumlah dapur yang ditutup lantaran dianggap tidak mematuhi SOP ataupun adanya dapur-dapur fiktif.
Kepala BGN, Dadan Hindayana menanggapi terkait isu dapur Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) atau dapur makan bergizi gratis (MBG) fiktif. Dadan menjelaskan, data per tanggal 31 Agustus 2025 ketika portal Mitra hendak ditutup, SPPG pada proses persiapan berjumlah 18.955.
Presiden Prabowo Subianto juga menegaskan perlu adanya ketegasan atas kelalaian dapur. Serta akan dipersiapkan alat khusus untuk membersihkan peralatan makanan agar MBG higienis secara maksimal.
Pada kesempatan ini Program Rengginang berkesempatan melakukan magang di salah satu dapur MBG yakni SPPG Dapur Mutiara Keraton Solo. Kita ikut mulai dari jam 8 malam proses persiapan, jam 11 malam proses masak, jam 3 dini hari/ subuh proses pengepakan, jam 6 pagi pengiriman ke sekolah hingga ikut ke pemanfaatan limbah MBG diberikan ke ternak di sore harinya.
Pemilik Dapur Mutiara Kerato Solo, Jimmy mengatakan agar BGN bisa kembali memverifikasi secara serius mengatasi masalah dengan menambah skil, jangan hanya melakukan ‘spal spil’.
