TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Anggota Komisi Kepolisian Nasional (Kompolnas) Yusuf Warsyim memerintahkan Polda Jawa Barat agar menghentikan penyidikan terhadap tersangka Pegi Setiawan.

Hal itu setelah PN Bandung mengabulkan gugatan praperadilan Pegi Setiawan kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky di Cirebon tahun 2016.

Hal itu disampaikan Yusuf saat sesi wawancara khusus dengan Direktur Pemberitaan Tribun Network Febby Mahendra Putra di studio Tribunnews, Palmerah, Jakarta, Senin (8/7/2024).

“Kami sebagai pengawas eksternal kepolisian tentu terkait dengan upaya praperadilan yang dilakukan oleh pihak Pegi Setiawan yang itu ditetapkan oleh penyidik Polda Jabar sebagai tersangka kami lakukan pemantauan dari awal, termasuk pada hari ini pembacaan putusan ada tim komponas yang langsung memonitor di pengadilan negeri Bandung,” kata Yusuf.
