Abuso su una paziente a Roma, no al patteggiamento. La donna: “Denunciate”
(LaPresse) “Sono stata vittima di violenze dopo una visita medica con il primario di pneumologia del Gemelli. Subito dopo la visita questa persona mi ha messo le mani addosso” sono le parole della giornalista Rai sulla presunta violenza sessuale che avrebbe subito nel 2022 dal direttore dell’Unità operativa complessa di pneumologia dell’ospedale Agostino Gemelli a Roma. L’accusa a carico del professore è di violenza aggravata dal rapporto medico-paziente.“Come mi è stato spiegato dalla psicologa io mi sono bloccata completamente e non sono stata in grado di reagire. Mi ci è voluto del tempo e purtroppo è stato un episodio molto forte perché è durato parecchio. Ci ho messo tanto tempo per denunciare, per fortuna la legge ci consente un anno di tempo e ci vuole tutto per metabolizzare l’accaduto”.
È notizia di oggi la decisione del Gip di rigettare la richiesta di patteggiamento formulata dai legali del medico per una pena di 10 mesi con pagamento di una pena pecuniaria di 49 mila euro.
“Sono molto soddisfatta della decisione presa dalla giudice. Sarebbe stato davvero grave accettare quella richiesta di patteggiamento” è il commento della donna.
Infine un appello: “Alle donne che sono o sono state vittime di violenza dico denunciate, denunciate senza paura”. (Corriere Tv).
