Apalagi, biaya kesehatan yang ditanggung itu dua kali lipat lebih besar, bahkan bisa sampai tiga kali. Artinya, beban rumah tangga akan lebih besar.
"Mereka tidak punya akses atau sulit akses terhadap pendidikan. Sulit akses terhadap pasar ekonominya. Sulit akses terhadap kesehatan, sehingga masyarakat menjadi miskin, bodoh, kemudian mereka susah untuk mensejahterakan dirinya. Itu yang terjadi," ungkap Iqbal.
Sementara Ketua PBNU, Ulil Abshar Abdalla setuju bahwa tambang tambang selama ini dikuasai oleh pihak-pihak yang serakah.
"Bagi saya kebijakan pemerintah untuk membuka konsesi kepada ormas, kepada pelaku pelaku baru yang di luar oligarki, menurut saya itu penting," ujar Gus Ulil.
"Buat Anda (izin tambang nikel) untuk Pulau Gag itu harus dicabut?," tanya Rosi kepada Iqbal.
"Harus. Karena secara aturan harus dicabut. Kalau pemerintah mau, BUMN mau, PT Gag atau Antam mau, gugat MK. Gugat pemerintah. Tapi kenapa kemudian PT Gag tidak melakukan itu? Enggak berani sama MK?," pungkasnya.
"Pemerintah sendiri sudah bilang bahwa kuota deforestasi Indonesia itu sudah habis. Apakah kita tetap mau melakukan deforestasi?," katanya.
