Su quest'ultimo, la diplomazia è "ai minimi", dice Vladimir Putin durante l'incontro al Cremlino con gli ambasciatori. E' il segmento delle dichiarazioni del presidente russo riportato maggiormente sui titoli dai principali organi di stampa come l'ennesimo attacco. C'è un'appendice, non riportata nei titoli, che però dice di più.
