【本集聊早起習慣】關於早起這件事，我想和你說點真心話。
你看到這篇文章的時候，可能是晚上十一點，也可能是凌晨兩點。也許你正窩在沙發上追劇，或者放空，看著窗外的夜景發呆（我猜你應該還沒睡啦）。
我一直很想寫這篇文章，不是什麼激勵文，也不是要你馬上振作起來。就，只是聊天。你知道嗎？我學生和職場新人時期根本是標準的夜貓子。那種時候我覺得，人生最有靈感的時刻，就是深夜全世界都安靜下來的那一刻。早起？想都別想。
但我過來人的經驗告訴你，不需要逼自己硬拗成什麼神人，更不用讓自責纏著你。你每天起床，哪怕晚一點，只要有那 20 分鐘給自己，就是勝利。
有時候，所謂的自律不是全世界唯一的標準，而是你能不能穩定地善待自己，這才是規律的真諦。
早起不必成為人生的唯一正解，但人生最好能有一點專屬於自己的晨間儀式。
最後，還是想跟你說，你的掙扎、半途而廢、想改變又反覆動搖，真的很多人都一樣。只是有些人藏得比較深而已。我也是這樣過來的。
