Ante diversas situaciones que afectan zonas intangibles en Ica, la regidora Leydy Loayza informó sobre las acciones de fiscalización que se están realizando, como en el balneario de La Huacachina, donde se realizan construcciones que alteran el paisaje y ponen en riesgo su valor patrimonial.
