Pur nel massimo rispetto della più alta carica istituzionale dello #Stato, riteniamo opportuno avanzare alcune considerazioni critiche e controcorrente rispetto a queste parole, che a nostro giudizio non rispecchiano affatto la realtà dei fatti. Anzi, si inseriscono pienamente nel discorso dominante, quello che celebra l’Unione Europea come trionfo della democrazia e dell’idea di #Europa, mentre in realtà rappresenta la perversione di entrambe. Come sosteniamo da tempo, l’Unione Europea non è altro che la riorganizzazione verticistica del capitalismo nel Vecchio Continente, avvenuta dopo la data epocale del 1989. Per citare Antonio #Gramsci, si tratta di una "rivoluzione passiva", mediante la quale i gruppi dominanti hanno ristrutturato il loro potere sfruttando il mutato equilibrio delle forze e rafforzando ulteriormente la dominazione turbo-capitalistica sulla vita quotidiana e sul lavoro.
