Ein Freund von mir, Tobias, hat mir einen kleinen, aber besonderen Wanderweg direkt am Flugplatz Walldürn empfohlen. Gesagt, getan: Ich bin mit meiner FK9 Mark 4 (D-MCCV) nach Walldürn geflogen und habe – wie gewohnt – butterweich auf der Piste 05 aufgesetzt.
Nach dem Abstellen des Flugzeugs habe ich mich nach dem Wanderweg erkundigt und wurde von zwei netten Mädels darauf hingewiesen, dass im Tower eine Information zu dieser Wanderung aushängt. Also ging es los – zu Fuß, auf den Spuren der Römer, vorbei an geschichtsträchtigen Orten und durch eine wirklich schöne Landschaft.
Die Wanderung ist etwa 4–5 Kilometer lang und lässt sich ganz entspannt in maximal zwei Stunden absolvieren. Für mich war es ein echtes Erlebnis, das ich sehr gerne für euch verfilmt habe – eine perfekte Kombination aus Fliegen, Natur und Geschichte.
