US airstrikes on Venezuela have triggered strong reactions from governments around the world, raising concerns about regional stability and global security. Colombian President Gustavo Petro ordered troops to be deployed to the Venezuelan border, calling the US airstrikes an “assault on the sovereignty" of Latin America.
