Hal itu disampaikan Penjabat Kepala Sub Bagian Pertanahan dan Kependudukan Bagian Instansi Pemerintah Umum, Raja Fahrurozi sat dihadirkan sebagai saksi pada sidang dugaan korupsi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang perkebunan sawit di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau periode 2004-2022, dengan terdakwa tujuh korporasi di bawah bendera PT Duta Palma Group, Pengadilan Negeri Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta, hari ini, Selasa (15/7/2025).
Lima terdakwa itu yakni PT Palma Satu, PT Panca Agro Lestari, PT Seberida Subur, PT Banyu Bening Utama, dan PT Kencana Amal Tani. Diwakili Tovariga Triaginta Ginting.
Kemudian dua terdakwa perusahaan PT Darmex Plantations dan PT Asset Pacific (dahulu PT Darmex Pacific) diwakili Surya Darmadi.
Fahrurozi menegaskan bahwa memberikan bagian 20 persen lahan bagi masyarakat merupakan syarat wajib yang harus dipenuhi perusahaan.
Ia mengatakan bahwa sampai saat ini, berdasarkan fakta di lapangan, aturan tersebut tidak kunjung dipatuhi.
