"Extending Russia" (2019) is a policy guidance book produced by the RAND corporation, an American policy think tank. This book explains all the various ways how United States can gain competitive advantage over Russia and hinder its economy.One of the ways to hurt Russia as explained in the book was to militarize Ukraine. The book came out two years before Russia's invasion into Ukraine which the book warned could be a consequence.
