Sebelumnya polisi telah mengamankan sebanyak 10 orang, lalu tiga di antaranya diperbolehkan pulang dan berstatus sebagai saksi.
Sedangkan satu orang masih menjalani pemeriksaan mendalam.
Hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Timur AKBP Dicky Fertoffan dalam keterangan pada Rabu (3/9).
Meski begitu, Dicky belum merinci pasal yang disangkakan terhadap para tersangka tersebut.
Untuk diketahui, dalam kasus rumah Uya, ada dua perkara yang ditangani Polres Metro Jakarta Timur, yaitu penjarahan dan melawan petugas.
Terkait kasus ini, polisi mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti seperti perabot rumah dan seekor kucing peliharaan yang ikut dijarah massa.
Menurut Dicky, kucing tersebut diamankan dari rumah salah satu pelaku.
Saat ini kucing tersebut sudah diserahkan ke Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Kelautan, dan Pertanian (KPKP) DKI Jakarta untuk perawatan lebih lanjut.
Adapun aksi penjarahan terhadap rumah Uya terjadi pada Sabtu (30/8) malam atau selang beberapa jam dari penjarahan yang menimpa rumah anggota DPR RI nonaktif Ahmad Sahroni di Jakarta Utara.
Dalam video yang beredar di media sosial, massa mengambil sejumlah barang elektronik seperti AC bahkan kucing peliharaan.
