Gli insegnanti e i dirigenti scolastici devono esserne consapevoli ma non vanno lasciati soli dalle istituzioni e dalla società. Talvolta la violenza si manifesta in modalità meno evidenti. Meno evidenti almeno agli occhi degli adulti, non a quelli dei ragazzi. È la violenza gratuita della prepotenza, del bullismo, che denigra, emargina, sovente aggredisce. I social sono adoperati spesso come armi che colpiscono in profondità.
