Ombudsman: Kepsek SMAN 8 Medan Melakukan Tindakan Maladministrasi

MEDAN, KOMPAS.TV- Ombudsman Sumatra Utara menilai keputusan Kepala Sekolah SMAN 8 Medan yang menetapkan siswinya MSF tidak naik kelas adalah maladministrasi.

Pihaknya meminta Kepsek SMAN 8 Medan membatalkan keputusan tersebut melalui rapat dewan guru dengan pendampingan Dinas Pendidikan Sumatra Utara.

Ombudsman mendapati bahwa absennya MSF yang menjadi dasar tinggal kelas, rupanya pihak sekolah tidak melayangkan surat pemanggilan terhadap orang tua, hanya ada sekali pemanggilan dalam masa akhir belajar.

Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Sumatra Utara melakukan langkah korektif kepada Kepsek SMAN 8 Medan untuk membatalkan keputusan tinggal kelas.
Dengan melakukan rapat dewan guru bersama pendampingan dari Dinas Pendidikan Sumatra Utara.
