PLO | Ông Putin lên tiếng về nhiệm kỳ Tổng thống Ukraine của ông Volodymyr ZelenskyTại cuộc họp báo chung với Tổng thống Belarus Alexander Lukashenko trong chuyến thăm Belarus, Tổng thống Putin nói rằng Nga sẵn sàng đàm phán với Ukraine để chấm dứt tình trạng thù địch nhưng phải dựa trên “lẽ thường tình” và thừa nhận “thực tế” trên chiến trường.
Theo ông Putin, “quốc hội, tòa án hiến pháp và một số cơ quan quản lý khác” của Ukraine có nhiệm vụ xác định xem liệu ông Zelensky hiện có phải là nhà lãnh đạo hợp pháp hay không. Đối với Nga, để tham gia vào bất kỳ cuộc đàm phán có ý nghĩa nào, Moscow phải “tuyệt đối chắc chắn” rằng đang làm việc với các cơ quan có thẩm quyền hợp pháp, ông Putin nhấn mạnh. Nhiệm kỳ tổng thống của ông Zelensky đã kết thúc vào ngày 20-5, nhưng vì hiến pháp Ukraine quy định không tổ chức bầu cử trong thời chiến nên ông Zelensky tiếp tục lãnh đạo đất nước cho đến khi Ukraine có đủ điều kiện để tổ chức bầu cử.
