Statt anonymer Online-Abzocke setzte der mutmaßliche Betrüger auf Hausbesuche, Regionalmessen und ein Büro vor Ort – und überzeugte so Menschen, ihr Erspartes in eine Art Darlehen oder Immobilien zu investieren.
