80g ADELA Vanaspati
1 cawan air
1 sudu teh garam
3 sudu teh gula
1 1⁄4 cawan tepung gandum
4 biji telur
1 1⁄2 sudu teh rempah campuran masala
1 cawan keju mozzarella parut
Cara Penyediaan:
Panaskan oven pada suhu 200°C.
Dalam periuk sederhana, cairkan ADELA Vanaspati bersama air, garam, dan gula hingga mendidih.
Matikan api dan masukkan tepung, gula, rempah masala, dan garam. Kacau hingga menjadi doh menggunakan sudu kayu.
Setelah doh sedikit sejuk, masukkan telur satu demi satu dan kacau hingga sebati.
Masukkan keju dan kacau hingga rata.
Cedok doh ke atas dulang pembakar yang dialas dengan kertas minyak dengan jarak 1 inci antara satu sama lain dan bakar selama 25 minit.
