Bancuhan Gula & Santan:
* Gula Pasir (ikut kemanisan disukai - larutkan dulu)
* 360ml (1½ cawan) Air Suam
* ½ - 1 sudu kecil Garam
* 3 cawan Krim Santan (Che Nom guna KARA)
* 240ml (1 cawan) Air (sukatan tetap)
Bahan Kering (Tepung):
* 240g (2 cawan) Tepung Beras (Cap Gajah)
* 80g (2/3 cawan) Tepung Ubi
* 60g (½ cawan) Tepung Jagung
Pewarna:
* Sedikit Sirap Ros (tak sampai 1 sudu besar)
* 2-3 titik Pewarna Pink (pilihan)

Sugar & Coconut Milk Mixture:
* Granulated Sugar (to taste - dissolve first)
* 360ml (1½ cups) Warm Water
* ½ - 1 tsp Salt
* 3 cups Coconut Cream (Che Nom uses KARA)
* 240ml (1 cup) Water (fixed amount)
Dry Ingredients (Flour):
* 240g (2 cups) Rice Flour (Cap Gajah brand recommended)
* 80g (2/3 cup) Tapioca Flour
* 60g (½ cup) Corn Flour
Coloring:
* Little bit of Rose Syrup (less than 1 tbsp)
* 2-3 drops Pink Food Coloring (optional)
