Reaksi Warga Kamboja Sambut Gencatan Senjata dengan Thailand
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Thailand dan Kamboja sepakat untuk melakukan gencatan senjata tanpa syarat yang dimulai pada Selasa (29/7/2025) dini hari.Kabar itu sontak membuat warga Kamboja yang mengungsi rindu untuk segera pulang ke rumah dan berkumpul dengan keluarga.
Mereka berharap kesepakatan itu akan membawa perdamaian yang langgeng sehingga aktivitas sehari-hari dapat berjalan seperti semula.
"Saya sangat senang dengan adanya gencatan senjata. Saya senang karena saya bisa pulang dan merawat babi, anjing, serta ayam-ayam saya, dan anak-anak saya sekarang bisa kembali bersekolah," kata Chhuot Nhav, warga Kamboja yang mengungsi.
