Every obstacle is not a dead end, but an invitation to innovate. Dr. Suneeta Mukherjee sharing the powerful stories of persistence, resourcefulness, and courage. Through real-life examples of overcoming seemingly impossible barriers, she reveals how breakthrough solutions often emerge when we seek help, think differently, and refuse to give up. This talk is a reminder that "impossible" is not a limitation, it is the beginning of innovation. Dr. Suneeta Mukherjee served for over four decades in public policy, health, and development. An Indian Administrative Service officer (1972-1994), she held key positions in health administration, including at AIIMS, PGI, and joint sec in the Ministry of Health, Government of India. She later joined UNFPA, serving† as UNFPA rep in Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, and the Philippines, advancing maternal and adolescent health, gender equality, population issues, and HIV/AIDS programmes. A published author and advocate, she led the UN Philippines Stand Up Campaign for the Millennium Development Goals, recognized in the Guinness World Records. Today, she supports the education of 22 students and mentors young people through talks in schools, colleges and public forums. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
