"A pesar de que cada país tiene derecho a elegir cómo garantizar su propia seguridad, estas cuestiones no pueden resolverse sin tener en cuenta la propia seguridad de Rusia", dijo Putin, al responder a preguntas formuladas durante la sesión plenaria del Foro Económico Oriental.
