Then, we packed it with layered Porotta, rich and spicy authentic Kerala-style Beef Curry, mouth-watering beef gravy, and a generous dollop of butter. We sealed the coconut shell tightly, wrapped it securely in aluminum foil, and slow-cooked it over hot charcoal embers (Dhum style).
