PDIP DIY Dukung Permohonan Penangguhan Penahanan Hasto Kristiyanto | News Flash
Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP) DIY, mengeluarkan pernyataan sikap, menyusul penahanan Sekjen PDI Perjuangan, Hasto Kristiyanto, oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).Selain menginstruksikan kader PDIP untuk tetap tenang, siaga dan melakukan konsolidasi partai, DPD PDIP DIY juga mendorong dan mendukung tim hukum DPP PDI Perjuangan, untuk melakukan permohonan penangguhan penahanan Hasto Kristiyanto.
Pernyataan sikap Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan DIY, disampaikan usai menggelar rapat, di Kantor DPD PDIP DIY, Jalan Tentara Rakyat Mataram, Yogyakarta, Sabtu (22/2/2025) siang. Pernyataan sikap dilakukan, menyusul situasi dan kondisi yang saat ini terjadi, terkait penahanan Sekjen PDI Perjuangan, Hasto Kristiyanto.
DPD PDIP DIY menyatakan, agar penegakan hukum dilakukan dengan baik, termasuk di Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. DPD PDIP DIY, juga mendorong dan mendukung tim hukum DPP PDI Perjuangan, untuk melakukan permohonan penangguhan penahanan Hasto Kristiyanto, yang mengacu pada Pasal 31 KUHP.
Sementara itu, DPD PDIP DIY juga menginstruksikan kader PDIP, untuk tetap tenang, siaga dan melakukan konsolidasi partai, terkait penahanan Sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto.PRDO
